How to Use MS Office Clip Board?

Hy buddies today I will teach you how to use MS-OFFICE-Clip Board.

Step 1:

Opening Office Clip Board:

• first of all click on the MS office home tab
• Click on the clipboard launcher.
• The clipboard will be open as

Use of ClipBoard Options:

Click on the clipboard options button given below the clipboard windows.

a menu will be opened with different command options.

There Will be five options for you.

1. show office clipboard automatically.
2. show office clipboard when ctrl+c pressed twice.
3. Collect without Showing Office Clipboard.
4. Show office Clipboard icon on Taskbar.
5. Show Status Near Taskbar When Copying.

Show office clipboard automatically:

When you do Copy then it will show copied text on ClipBoard

It will show copied text on ClipBoard as you press Ctrl+C twice.

Collect without Showing Office Clipboard:

In this option, it will not show any Notification when you copy the text.

Show office Clipboard icon on Taskbar:

it will show icon of Clipboard on your PC Task Bar.

Show Status Near Taskbar When Copying:

By activating this option a message will shows up automatically when you copy the text.it will also show you how many items are copied.
